« Legal rights do not enforce themselves. To defend your intellectual property, you must register it. File trademarks with the USPTO to protect your company name, logo, or brand identity. This creates presumptive nationwide ownership, puts competitors on notice, and gives you access to federal court. Without it, you are limited to narrow geographic rights based on actual use. »
